珠海市一心材料科技有限公司（以下簡稱為公司），是深圳市一心電子有限公司的全資子公司。公司全面承接了母公司深圳市一心電子有限公司近二十年來積累的業務資源與業務能力，產品應用于半導體和電子電路領域。公司是一家技工貿型的企業，目前正在向科工貿型的企業轉型。公司現有員工170人， 2024年銷售收入近2億元。為了跟貼近市場，更好地服務客戶，公司在深圳市與江蘇省昆山市設有分、子公司。
公司成立于2018年9月，位于珠海市斗門區富山工業園，現擁有13200平米獨棟廠房、高等級無塵車間和先進生產設備，通過了 ISO-9001 :2015質量管理體系認證，可滿足客戶對高品質及高凈化度的要求。公司擁有獨立的研發中心，設有物理、化學、合成、涂覆4個實驗室，目前有20多位研發人員在研發中心工作，能夠快速響應客戶需求，為客戶的產品與制程提供專業保護方案。
公司是國家高新技術企業，省級“專精特新”企業，珠海市創新型中小企業。截止2024年11月，公司已先后獲得發明專利3項，實用新型專利24項，另有十多項發明專利等待授權中。 |

公司有兩項基礎業務。
第一項基礎業務是研發先進的薄膜與粘膠技術，制造特種的離型膜與保護膜，為半導體與電子電路（PCB）領域的客戶提供產品與制成保護。
第二項基礎業務是經銷美國杜邦公司（Dupont）的Riston干膜、Pyralux軟板基材。
公司是一家知識密集型公司。公司創始人楊天智先生在創立一心公司前，曾于美國杜邦公司電子材料事業部從事電路板材料的技術服務和銷售工作長達12年，對于電路板的制程及原材料銷售有著深刻的理解與認識，并將此融入一心團隊的血液中。公司研發團隊主要畢業于國內知名高校高分子材料專業，具有強大的新品開發能力，可為半導體和PCB制造商提供客制化服務，根據客戶的不同需求研發設計各種不同的產品與制成保護方案。公司銷售團隊與技術服務團隊均由業內資深的專業人員組成，具有豐富的行業經驗、產品及制程知識，尤其對于圖形轉移和壓合工序。
公司作為盛和塾塾生企業，長期踐行稻盛和夫經營學，秉持“以人本善為出發點的利他哲學”，多年來不斷探索、追尋、突破、進取，不斷收獲成長，與行業內的眾多標桿企業形成了長期、緊密的業務合作關系。公司產品銷售遍布國內各區域，并且出口到歐洲、韓國、東南亞等國家。
為了滿足客戶日益增長的需求，公司在斗門區富山工業園購置了21畝土地， 正在建設新的工業廠房。 新工廠總投資2.1億元， 將建設高規格的研發實驗室，新建多條高等級的生產線。新工廠預計在2025年第三季度建成投產。 |

Zhuhai ESUN Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen ESUN Electronics Co., Ltd. The Company has fully inherited the business resources and capabilities accumulated by its parent company over nearly twenty years. Its products are used in semiconductor and printed circuit fields. The Company has over 170 employees and achieved nearly 200 million RMB in sales revenue in 2024. To better serve its customers and stay close to the market, the Company has branches and subsidiaries in Shenzhen and Kunshan, Jiangsu Province.

Founded in September 2018, the Company is located in the Fushan Industrial Park, Doumen District, Zhuhai City. It currently has a 13,200 square meter standalone factory, high-grade clean rooms, and advanced production equipment. The Company has passed ISO-9001:2015 quality management system certification and can meet customers' requirements for high quality and cleanness. The Company has an independent R&D center with four laboratories—physical, chemical, synthesis, and coating—employing more than 20 R&D staff who work at the center. This setup enables the Company to quickly respond to customer needs and provide professional protection solutions for their products and processes.
The Company is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a provincial-level "Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovative" enterprise, and an innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Zhuhai. As of Nov. 2024, the Company has obtained 3 invention patents and 24 utility model patents, with more than ten invention patents pending authorization.
The Company has two core businesses:
1.Developing advanced film and adhesive technologies to manufacture specialty release films and protective films, providing product and process protection for customers in the semiconductor and electronic circuit (PCB) fields.
2.Distributing Riston dry films and Pyralux flexible copper clad laminate materials from DuPont.
The Company is knowledge-intensive. Before founding ESUN, Mr. Yang Tianzhi, the Company’s founder, worked in the Electronic Material Division of DuPont for 12 years, specializing in technical services and sales of PCB materials. He has deep understanding and insights into the PCB process and application of PCB materials, which he has infused into the ESUN team. The R&D team possesses strong new product development capabilities. They provide customized services for semiconductor and PCB manufacturers, designing various products and process protection solutions based on customer needs. The sales and technical service teams consist of industry veterans with rich experience and knowledge of products and processes, especially in image transfer and lamination process.
As a member of the Seiwajyuku group, the Company practices the management philosophy of Kazuo Inamori, adhering to the altruistic philosophy of "starting from a people-centered perspective." Over the years, the Company has continuously explored, pursued, innovated, and grown, establishing long-term and close business cooperation relationships with many benchmark enterprises in the industry. The Company’s products are sold across various regions in China and exported to Europe, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and other countries.
To meet the growing demand of its customers, the Company has purchased 21 acres of land in Fushan Industrial Park, Doumen District, and is currently constructing a new industrial factory. The new factory, with a total investment of 210 million RMB, will feature high-standard R&D laboratories and multiple high-grade production lines. The new factory is expected to be completed and put into operation in the third quarter of 2025. |
